I first met Xavier when he helped me a lot with the process of acquiring a lot in Lynn, MA. Later, when my partner and I started a flip company with investors, Xavier introduced me to Andrew. We’ve been working together for almost a year now, and they have been top-notch at finding great buying opportunities and selling houses at fair prices to other clients. I’m really glad I found them, and I hope this relationship lasts for a long, long time!

I am so thankful to have worked with Marianne for our home search. She was immensely knowledgeable of the towns and specific neighborhoods on the North Shore, and incredibly patient as my husband and I navigated such a challenging housing market. We really appreciated her willingness to answer questions or prep offers at odd hours, a boon given our 9-5 work schedules. More than anything, Marianne didn’t just want us to buy a house: she was invested in helping us find the right home to fit our needs and budget, and ultimately, make us happy.

My experience with Annie was everything I could have wanted in a Real Estate Agent. Professional, honest, so very personable, and above all else, loyal and trustworthy. It is almost impossible these days to expect "super-service" from most professionals. Annie was and is the exception. Having to deal with not only the death of a loved one but also handle a large and complicated estate was daunting and overwhelming. Annie took us through the process smoothly and honestly. I would highly recommend Annie Wachtel to anyone looking to sell their home. The best of the best...hands down.
