When we were further along in the process of making private appointments to view the properties liked Tom would take care of ALL of the legwork. We would receive correspondence with all of the prospective property details in advance as well as a physical printout to reference upon meeting Tom at the property location which was helpful. Throughout the entire process from picking out houses through making an offer and closing Tom always had our best interests in mind. We never felt any pressure during the homebuying process and he offered some valuable insights as we were first-time homebuyers.
