My wife was completely right, Katherine is the phenomenal! Although she had worked with Katherine before when buying her first property. As me, a first-time home buyer and us as newlyweds, we were out of our league in this crazy housing market. Katherine took the time to walk us through the process, connect us with her team, and begin to map out what we’re looking for in a home. Although we changed ideas many times, along with locations, price point, size, and about a thousand other things, Katherine was right there with us. She discussed pros and cons of places and was always spot on when she thought places were more, or less, of our liking, giving us even more confidence when walking in the door for an open house. We convened, put an offer in, and we got our home having been the only home we ever put a bid in on. Now I know not everyone is as lucky to get the first home the put an offer in on, but with Katherine we were able to put in an exceptionally strong offer with all our asks, making us comfortable in such an uneasy market.
