I had a very unusual house – built in 1831, 6500 square feet, huge barn, a very large lot with a second attached buildable lot in a prime location in North Andover – to sell. It was clearly a case of “having to find the right buyer.” We expected it wouldn’t sell right away, but we didn’t think it would take seven years. Fortunately, our real-estate agent was Linda Cody. She put in a relentless effort, holding open houses, advertising in a wide variety of publications appropriate for a house of our type, and accommodating anyone who showed interest, sometimes for several repeat visits. Her dedication and enthusiasm never wavered. She found the perfect buyer and everything went without a hitch. Linda is a professional’s professional. She is a master of her craft with an encyclopedic knowledge of all phases of the real-estate business. And, most importantly, she is a person of great integrity – absolutely honest. On a five-point numerical scale she rates a five.

Kelly went above and beyond the call of duty to sell our home that was a tear down and replace. She worked very hard with the strict guidelines for buyers to get park approval and found us a buyer who could meet all the requirements and had such compassion with us during this very difficult situation to sell our home after the fire.
