To say that I had a positive experience with Bob Starr would be an understatement. His work with me was twofold: he helped me to sell my condo, and find and purchase my dream home. During my search for a new home, he accompanied me to every open house that I told him of, which was many. This involved him traveling to me for signatures, his making phone calls to others involved on my behalf, driving me to the bank (with my wheelchair in the back of his car) for document notarization. Lizete was a calm, positive and knowledgeable presence from her initial walkthrough through the sale and closing. She had the initiative to encourage other realtors and attorneys to keep things moving through the sales and contingency negotiations. She was extremely responsive to all outreach.
