Dawn sold my home within a month and worked hard to do it. This was the first time I ever sold a home, and I had other personal matters to tend too. I left everything in her hands, and she took it upon herself to do everything that needed to be done. She was always responsive, and kept me up to date, even while she was on vacation. She gave great advice and knows the market very well.

John Swain was extremely effecient and certainly knew all of the in's and out's of selling our condo on Rantoul Street in Beverly.
