I had a very high stress home sale and Amanda helped me navigate every aspect of the sale. She provided me with incredibly helpful insight, latest market information, potential sale costs and other information along the way. I also ran into contractor issues that unnecessarily delayed our listing. She advocated my needs to the contractor, set clear expectations and boundaries when the contractor was confrontational and inappropriate (yea, it was that bad). She was also super responsive to my emails/texts, no matter how silly my questions felt to me. She went above and beyond my expectations of a realtor and was a crucial player in the sale of my home. I will, 100%, be using her when I am ready to buy my next home.

Nikole just helped us buy our first home. She is so easy to work with and easy to talk to. Very responsive with emails and texts and calls. Steve is the best in the business. Period. If you want someone who is a master negotiator and has 35 years of experience to navigate you through the process, call Steve. He has a team of fantastic painters, stagers and photographers and they got my house ready to put on the market in less than a week. It looked phenomenal and Steve negotiated multiple offers and I got way more than I expected. He was also my broker when I bought the property 11 years ago and he got me a great deal.
