She is always available to guide the client throughout the entire process. And even after the closing she notified the selling broker for me regarding a 2nd garage clicker which I was told there would be 2. I was given an old one that worked about 50% of the time and Karen obtained a new one for me and right in time as the old one I was given at closing stopped working all together.
