I would highly recommend Karen to any of my friends, coworkers and family, she is always available to help you through this very stressful process and also interacts with attorneys and lenders to make things run smoother. She is always available to guide the client throughout the entire process. And even after the closing she notified the selling broker for me regarding a 2nd garage clicker which I was told there would be 2. I was given an old one that worked about 50% of the time and Karen obtained a new one for me and right in time as the old one I was given at closing stopped working all together.
