Melanie was the first and only agent we interviewed; I knew immediately that we were in good hands. Her advice on preparing our home for sale was spot on, and we didn't waste needless funds on upgrades which wouldn't have substantially increased our return on investment. She was honest with us throughout our home sale process, realistic about pricing even when it was hard to accept, and always prepared with comps and market reports to justify price adjustments. I noticed that when we had open houses or interactions with potential buyers, Melanie always came across as polished and professional, even down to her attire. Not every agent does, and in my opinion, that makes a big difference. When I (needlessly) panicked after some time had elapsed on our listing, Melanie was reassuring and calm. Communication was excellent. All of my texts and emails and phone calls were promptly returned, and I was truly appreciative of the honest feedback from buyers which she passed along. When the time came closing and we were assigned to others associated with Keller Williams, they were similarly competent and proactive. And, the movers, painters and moving people Melanie referred us to were top-notch in terms of quality of workmanship and competitive pricing. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Melanie to other potential sellers. Currently renting, but when we purchase our next home, I have asked Melanie to represent us as our buyer's agent. Frances is a phenomenal realtor! I contacted Frances when I was looking for someone to sell the house that my parents' had lived in for 35 years. The house was geographically located outside of Frances' usual area of operation but she dove right in to help. I had a thorough market analysis in my hands within a few days of meeting for the initial consultation. She not only offered up suggestions to make the house more marketable but she provided me with a list of things to replace with specific details. Additionally, she put me in touch with a contractor to paint, redo the dated bathrooms and make some renovations to the kitchen. She was extremely professional yet still sensitive to and respectful of my sentimental attachment and memories associated with the house. Frances would periodically check in with me to make sure things were progressing as planned. After the month or so that it took to complete the renovations, she updated the market analysis with the most current information. Frances then staged the house to make it look amazing, had a photographer take some terrific pictures, printed some gorgeous brochures and put the house on the market. Within 3 days we had 10-12 offers, most well over asking price, to choose from. The closing went smoothly with Frances being on top of every detail. I never had to worry about a thing except removing all of my parent's personal belongings. She even showed up to help with that! I can't say enough about how helpful, encouraging, dedicated and professional that Frances was during the entire process.
