Brian was phenomenal! He made us feel like we were his top priority and was always available to tour properties and discuss local listings. Brian was very busy over the duration of the time he worked with us but he always made us feel like we were his most important clients. I really appreciate his level of detail and his local knowledge. He was great at getting ahold of of other agents, negotiating offers and educating us about the process along the way.

Yu is a fantastic agent! She is not a "passive" agent who helps you to schedule an appointment or show you around. She tries to understand what a customer wants and needs (there may be gaps between them!), and uses her experience and expertise to make a suggestion. At first, I didn't listen but the truth taught me. Every time she said, "This is not your house", but I went ahead to look at it, I couldn't agree with her more! The more I listened to her, the more I admired her kindness and professionalism. Another special about Yu is that she is good at "after-sale" services. I bought a house we like, then there are some, like who I should look for a carpenter, a contractor, a roofer...whenever I asked her, she responded to me with great information! It is not like, "ok, you got your house, and leave me alone!" Two thumbs up!

Katie is everything we were looking for in a real estate agent - knowledgeable, responsible, friendly, and extremely good at communications. I like how quickly she responds to my texts and emails, and we moved pretty fast on our home viewings/offers, as one had to do in a competitive market. Katie was a great help in that respect, she made sure we had everything together and she always made time for us. In the past we have had an experience with a realtor that was no where near as attentive as Katie, so we now know what working with a really good one is like. I also appreciated that she was never pushy, and she guided us only in the way that we wanted or asked for. She was very kind and tactful when offering advice, and I personally found her advice incredibly helpful. Her input and strategy were critical in getting the sellers to accept our offer on a beautiful house. Now everything is worked out and we are extremely happy living in basically our dream home. I feel lucky that I was able to work with Katie. Doug made the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. My and my wife's plan was to try and rent out our current home and buy a new primary residence. Doug laid out multiple options for us to try and accomplish that along with his recommendations. Once we chose a path, he was able to manage any bumps in the road, including a tight timeline after an initial appraisal for our HELOC came in lower than expected and we had to an appeal. Once we found our eventual home, Doug asked all of the questions necessary to get as much information as possible from the seller's agent so we could make an informed decision. After we were in good shape with the home, he promptly moved on to finding tenants to rent out our current place and was able to assess the market and get a lease agreement signed within a week. I would highly recommend Doug.
