As a first time home buyer, we were a little nervous but meeting Felicia and having her walk us through everything so we fully understood the process made us as comfortable as we could be. She really went above and beyond and helped make the process smoother than I could have imagined. We are certainly grateful that we chose Felicia as our realtor!

Over the past few years we have worked with and met multiple realtors. Nick stands out as an exceptional realtor for many reasons. He prioritizes his clients and their needs, while constantly advocating for clients when working with other realtors, contractors, banks, towns- the list goes on. Whether it was something that came up in an inspection, or just 'not the right' house, Nick worked hard for us and truly cared about what was best for us. His priority was never about deals or putting in offers, especially if he sensed it was not right for us. He is very patient, easy to communicate with & reach, and consistent in his work. He is an expert in the North Shore, Boston and the general greater Boston area; which we really appreciated in our long lasting search to the perfect home that we eventually purchased.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
