Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

Being a first time home buyer, obviously I was pretty nervous with the whole process. However, Alla was quick to calm my nerves and make the home buying experience fun and exciting.
