Andrea was our agent selling our beach house in Hull this past June. She was extremely efficient in getting great photographs of the property and getting it quickly on the market. She was responsible throughout the selling process and easy to deal with.

She found a contractor to do some pretty significant repairs. She found someone to clean the place. She found some people to stage the unit with some fancy furniture and decorations to make it more attractive. I ended up getting a much higher selling price than I was expecting. I highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a place.
