She provided me with incredibly helpful insight, latest market information, potential sale costs and other information along the way. I also ran into contractor issues that unnecessarily delayed our listing. She advocated my needs to the contractor, set clear expectations and boundaries when the contractor was confrontational and inappropriate (yea, it was that bad).
