Goes the Extra Mile

Michael was great to work with. He was always communicative, showed up and got things done on time, and made the whole home buying process easy. Michael got us a great deal on our home that we were confident in based on the comparable sales he found in the area. He managed the deal very well. I appreciate that he did a lot of things for us and allowed us to focus on just finding the right home. One moment that stuck out to me, was when we were going through the home inspection phase. I was talking to the home inspector and made an off hand comment about how it’d be nice if the stove was gas instead of electric. Our conversation moved on, but about 15 minutes later Michael had called the gas company and gotten a breakdown of what it would cost for us to switch, if we wanted to do that in the future. It was little things like that that really set Michael apart from the rest.
