My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. My work schedule constrained us to looking at houses in the evening or on weekends, and Eric was always ready. I remember one weekend when he dedicated an entire Saturday to showing us a string of houses in different towns, and then sat and talked with us for quite some time afterwards about what we thought and what our impressions were. Buying a house can be hectic (especially the first time through), and he was always ready to answer our many questions.
