House shopping for the first time especially during COVID can be tricky but Peter made the process very smooth and normal. We want to thank him for helping us find our first home during these strange times! We’re so glad we chose to work with him. He is a great and knowledgeable agent. Since it was our first time, he was able to walk us through and answered all of our MANY questions. If he didn’t have the answer for us, he would find it out in a quick and timely manner. He was patient while we decided to go through many different routes and we appreciate that. We would definitely recommend Pete as your agent, you won’t be sorry!

Working with Jodi was a breath of fresh air! I was beginning to lose hope on my home search before meeting Jodi... lots of ups and downs, with little support. I was growing frustrated and discouraged, thinking that maybe now was not my time to become a homeowner. Then I found Jodi. She replied to my inquiry for more information within 10 minutes around 9pm on a weeknight. I knew we were off to a good start. I was never left wondering while working with Jodi, as she was always quick to respond. From first being in touch with her, she began recommending listings that weren’t on MLS, making knowledgeable notes regarding listings I was interested in, and sharing her local knowledge with me,. I was amazed by her support and knowledge of the area! Within a week of being in touch with her, we went to our first showing together. That same night, we submitted an offer and within 12 hours, our offer was accepted!!! Jodi put me in touch with an all star mortgage team and between the two, I was always in good hands. Just one month after the offer was accepted, we closed on our first home!! I know that had I not found Jodi in time, my new home would belong to someone else. I would whole heartedly recommend her to all of my family and friends. It is a long, long time away, but I look forward to working with Jodi again in the future for my next home purchase!

Peter was excellent in getting our home sold in Everett, MA. Everytime it seemed like things would go bad, he would keep us in the game by staying on top of the buyer's realtor to ensure that our house was sold. He also made the open house process extremely smooth.

Peter was always very responsive, 24/7. He was top of things throughout the entire buying process. He made things very easy for us with online documentations, market comps, and making sure there were permits for the additions in the houses we were interested in. He's very cautious and looks out for us buyers. I don't think we would've been able to get this house without him. Highly recommended.
