Adam called me after he noticed my listing expired on a house I was trying to sell. I met with him and he told me I was his first client. I was hesitant to hire him as I wanted someone with experience. My previous agent didn't do a very good job and I was positive I wanted a realtor with more experience. Adam came to the house prepared and I figured I'd give him a shot. He did an open house the first weekend and it was a success. We sold the house very quickly. Adam followed through on everything. I didn't need to call him for any updates as he always called me with any information I needed to know. I am giving Adam a commercial building that I have to sell next month.
