Recently my husband and I bought our forever home with Heath as our realtor. I can’t recommend Heath enough. Buying a home is stressful, and with it comes a lot of back and forth with the sellers. Heath made the process seamless. Not only was he professional and communicative, but he also took the time to explain the legalese jargon to me multiple times.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

This was the second time that Cheryl was our realtor. First time she was wonderful to work with finding us a new house so when we wanted to sell that house there was no question as to who would be our agent. Cheryl is extremely professional, reliable and friendly. We are grateful for all her hard work getting our house sold. We strongly recommend Cheryl if you need a great agent.

We originally chose Katherine as our realtor when we were looking to buy in the Marlborough area. During our search, we found out that we would have to look elsewhere. Because our new search was over an hour away from Katherine, we were nervous that we would lose her. However, she stayed with us the entire time and made the long commute to help us get our dream home. Katherine was a pleasure to work with and we consider her more than just a realtor, but a friend to our a family!

Jarrett is a pretty amazing person with who to work. He remembered us from a short conversation and reached out when he had an off market property that he thought we might be interested in. Despite not being actively looking, a few weeks later we had an amazing new vacation home because of his ability to understand us and what would make our family happy.

My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. My work schedule constrained us to looking at houses in the evening or on weekends, and Eric was always ready. I remember one weekend when he dedicated an entire Saturday to showing us a string of houses in different towns, and then sat and talked with us for quite some time afterwards about what we thought and what our impressions were. He never looked at his watch, checked his phone, or made us feel like a burden in any way. He was never pushy, he was always patient, and he always responded to phone calls or texts. Buying a house can be hectic (especially the first time through), and he was always ready to answer our many questions. Though I know he was working with other people besides us at the same time, he still made us feel like we were his priority. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a new home.
