It was such good fortune that we had Dawn as our agent. She was not to us by recommended by anyone. We just happened to walk into one of her open houses. We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. Dawn not only gave us that guidance but embraced us and poured all of her knowledge and expertise to help us find us the right house. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. She spent the time to find the prospective house and then became a resource for all of our questions. She was responsive, thorough and informative. Helped when we were unsure and took the reins when we needed her to. The process was a very easy and I would recommend Dawn Lee to anyone looking to find a home on the Cape; anywhere on the Cape. Dawn knows the Cape, from Bourne to Provincetown. You will not be disappointed!!

I've dealt with Robin on two occasions when selling property. Each time she has proven to be reliable, honest, knowledgeable and most important for me caring and flexible. Robin was always available to take my calls even after hours which meant a lot as I work weird schedules that do not allow 9-5 consultations. She was with me every step of the way coaching and advising. She not only helped me get my home on the market, she also gave me tips on what to do to get my home show ready and advised me on trends in the local market which prompted me to consider my original plans for when to sell. It all went smoothly and worked out great both times. I always felt that Robin truly cared about me as a person and not just a potential client. I would use her services again definitely.
