Anne-Marie's many years of experience helping people buy (& sell) homes was one of several reasons we chose her to help us find our vacation home. She's very familiar with the Cape, including Mashpee and New Seabury in particular where we were looking, and she was very knowledgeable and communicative while assisting us thru the search, offer, P&S and closing processes. We hadn't bought or sold a house in 25 years so were very happy to have Anne-Marie's excellent support to move us through this venture.

Patricia and his team are easy to work with, she is a great professional and lovely person, responded to all of our requests quickly, worked to have a quick and smooth process, she has great market insights and I felt he was genuinely concerned about our interest instead of closing a deal.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

Jarrett is a pretty amazing person with who to work. He remembered us from a short conversation and reached out when he had an off market property that he thought we might be interested in. Despite not being actively looking, a few weeks later we had an amazing new vacation home because of his ability to understand us and what would make our family happy.
