We recently had Paul representing us for the sale and purchase of homes in Hopkinton. Both were complicated for a variety of reasons. Paul was an excellent representative who helped navigate these complexities with grace, professionalism, expertise, kindness, and a great attitude which made it fun to work with him. The sale of our house was of particular merit to him and his team. He was a great steward of our property (he created great marketing material) and knew its worth and stuck to it through a couple of failed buyer experiences. Our purchase was plagued by legal challenges by neighbors over property disputes that he helped us to process and learn how to approach intelligently.
