Extremely nice and very knowledgeable about houses. She knew exactly what to look for in every house we looked at. If it were not for her I probably would of ended up in a house with a ton of problems.

Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

We originally chose Katherine as our realtor when we were looking to buy in the Marlborough area. During our search, we found out that we would have to look elsewhere. Because our new search was over an hour away from Katherine, we were nervous that we would lose her. However, she stayed with us the entire time and made the long commute to help us get our dream home. Katherine was a pleasure to work with and we consider her more than just a realtor, but a friend to our a family!

We were not even interested in that particular home, but we were looking for some guidance on the towns on the cape and what might be a good place to look. She looked for houses in our original search area but then researched and suggested home across the cape. She spent the time to find the prospective house and then became a resource for all of our questions. She was responsive, thorough and informative.
