She and the lawyer she recommended worked hard for the best sale outcome, and in the end, we managed to close on the house just when I needed it to happen. I would recommend her heartily to anyone else in the area, especially those with older (Victorian) homes that may need some special attention from a realtor to sell.

Laura was a great agent. I had already moved out of state, and contacted her, providing simply the key to my condominium. She coordinated prepping the property for show, the listing, and the sale with the lawyer all while i was out of state. Lana was the first and only phone call I made when selling my house. Within the first 4 days of listing - my house was sold (and for 30K over the asking price). Lana's experience and high energy is acutely focused, making her an extremely efficient agent who is well-connected within this market. To put the timeline in perspective, this is COVID, New England winter, and during the Thanksgiving Holiday. I called Lana on a Friday evening, met with her that very next day (Saturday), and by that following Monday she had her photographer come take photos for the listing which went live on Tuesday.
