Faun was the best you could hope for in a real estate agent. A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!

Andrew is a professional. He is very knowledgeable about homes and respects his clients. Flexible. He is willing to work with you and listen. He tends to be a bit aggressive with the price of the home but all in all a great experience. An excellent buyers agent. Able to negotiate.

Kevin helped me sell a triple decker that was part of an estate. The property needed substantial work and upgrades. Because of the condition it was unlikely for a purchaser to get a conventional loan. I expected a long sales cycle. Within a couple of weeks Kevin presented three offers to which we requested a best and final offers. We closed at a price that I felt was fair and reasonable.

Steve was amazing to work with!! He helped us both sell and buy our new home and was extremely organized, proactive, and professional. Steve helped walk us through every element of both transactions and did a great job coordinating all parties and making the whole process seamless. His knowledge of the area helped price our sale appropriately and got it under agreement within 3 weeks (AND over the Christmas/New Year holiday)! In addition, his negotiation skills are exceptional and got us the best deal in Medfield on our new house.
