My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. My work schedule constrained us to looking at houses in the evening or on weekends, and Eric was always ready. I remember one weekend when he dedicated an entire Saturday to showing us a string of houses in different towns, and then sat and talked with us for quite some time afterwards about what we thought and what our impressions were. He never looked at his watch, checked his phone, or made us feel like a burden in any way. He was never pushy, he was always patient, and he always responded to phone calls or texts. Buying a house can be hectic (especially the first time through), and he was always ready to answer our many questions. Though I know he was working with other people besides us at the same time, he still made us feel like we were his priority. I highly recommend Eric to anyone who is looking for a new home.

A great example: If there was a question she couldn't answer, we had what we needed within 24 hours, no matter how complicated the question or how many people she needed to ask. House buying is so uncertain as it is, and from past experience, I can't tell you how much I appreciated that; lack of information drives me nuts! She was also lovely and personable, with a charm missing from too many real estate agents. It was always clear she cared about *us* being happy, not the sale. If you've had it with stale, snarky agents (if you have to ask....!), I really can't recommend her enough!
