My wife and I began looking for our first house in the fall of last year, and Eric ended up being with us from the very beginning. Lana was the first and only phone call I made when selling my house. Within the first 4 days of listing - my house was sold (and for 30K over the asking price). Lana's experience and high energy is acutely focused, making her an extremely efficient agent who is well-connected within this market. To put the timeline in perspective, this is COVID, New England winter, and during the Thanksgiving Holiday.
