In the 49 years since we bought it our one-time dream lot had become a lost cause, or so we thought. We are moving from our New Jersey residence of many years out to the Southwest, and wanted to sell our Conway, MA property. But it had become an unbuildable lot with no public access. Our NJ realtor referred us to Lori Baronas, and from the moment of our first contact Lori went to work on our behalf. She instantly understood our situation, assured us that our undeveloped property was desirable and saleable, and had it photographed and listed in days. She found a deed, a survey, and multiple buyers interested in our property. She helped us navigate MA real estate documents and we had a signed sales contract 19 days after we first spoke with Lori. We received a settlement check 3 weeks later. A few days into the process, we thought we would be morally obligated to pay Lori something out of our own pocket as we didn't expect the commission would cover her expenses. But Lori was steadfastly upbeat, thoroughly professional, and helpful and responsive. We wound up getting about three times what we first thought we could. I'm sure our land sale is far from Lori's greatest success, but she always treated us like VIPs. We are grateful that Lori represented us so well and are very happy with the result. Thank you Lori!

I talked to Lisa Palumbo off and on for several years about possibly selling my two-family rental in Northampton, MA. When I finally decided I was ready she was the obvious choice to list it. I decided to sell quite suddenly and she was able to jump in and list the house within a very quick timeframe. I live over two hours away from the property I was selling. There was quite a lot of prep that needed to be done to the building,- some repairs, arranging for various inspections, clearing out debris, doing a final clean-up of the yard and so on. Lisa lined up all the work that needed to be done using her extensive network of reasonably priced contractors. She found me an excellent, and again reasonably priced, attorney who was extremely helpful in dealing with the tenants as well as the closing. Both apartments were rented and the tenants were shocked that I was selling. Lisa did an amazing job working respectfully with the tenants, giving them very clear and timely notice when she or a contractor needed access to the apartment, helping them look for new living situations, and acting as go-between for me when necessary. Her showings yielded useful information which she shared with me. She worked well with the buyers' realtor and negotiated a very good sale price for me when issues arose with the inspection. Lisa is proactive, tells it like it is, is quick to answer all communication and is really enjoyable to work with. I recommend her highly.
