Aubrey is an extraordinary agent. We purchased a foreclosure through her at the end of May, she was able to schedule our showings exactly when we needed them and we were able to find and close on our house in less than 4 weeks. She is extremely easy to communicate with, very prompt with her responses, very thorough and knowledgeable. We were looking for a house within an impossible timeframe and she made it happen. I couldn't be happier with our choice to choose her as our agent. She is extremely professional, however is still genuine and comfortable to be around. She goes above and beyond her duties as a real estate agent. She helped to ensure that our investment was sound, although that isn't part of her job. You can tell she truly loves her job. One thing that is a particular pet peeve of mine is when an agent is late for an appointment and Aubrey was always on time. During the end of our transaction seller's (VA bank) pushed the closing back by 10 days, after we had already signed settlement papers and thought we were all closed with the exception of being recorded with the county. This was beyond an enormous inconvenience for my family as we were living out of Airbnb's and then had to switch to an extremely over priced hotel room with the 6 of us and 2 pets. The situation was tense and extremely stressful, but Aubrey came to our rescue and allowed us to stay in her parent's winter home in Fayetteville until our closing. She went well above and beyond her duties as an agent. However, she once again pulled though for us and pulled some strings to get us closed and recorded within 48 hrs of our original closing date. Taylor is the most knowledgeable, accommodating , experienced and respectful investor agent in the Boston real estate market. The team he has and network of people who understand the industry around him is top notch. I would rate him a 12 out of 10 if I could. Nothing but amazing things to say. From beginning to finish, sorting through good listings from the bad ones, walking through properties and working through the paperwork to close the deal, there is no one better. Doug made the entire home buying process as smooth as possible. My and my wife's plan was to try and rent out our current home and buy a new primary residence. Doug laid out multiple options for us to try and accomplish that along with his recommendations. Once we chose a path, he was able to manage any bumps in the road, including a tight timeline after an initial appraisal for our HELOC came in lower than expected and we had to an appeal. Once we found our eventual home, Doug asked all of the questions necessary to get as much information as possible from the seller's agent so we could make an informed decision. After we were in good shape with the home, he promptly moved on to finding tenants to rent out our current place and was able to assess the market and get a lease agreement signed within a week.
