When my husband and I were ready to sell our house, we were very nervous. We used a different realtor to buy, and the experience was not great. She was respective of our boundaries - she asked us our preferences of communication and frequency up front and stuck to that throughout our experience. She was timely - everything I needed was answered quickly and thoroughly. She was creative - she created beautiful social media posts and public flyers - our house never looked so beautiful! She was thorough - she let us know what would be coming up at each step so I always felt prepared about what to expect. She was also well connected with potential buyers, realtors, contractors, etc. in the area, which was a great relief to us. She was a great negotiator - this was really key for us. She told us all of the options we had whenever we were going to make a decision, and she advocated for us 100%.
