Kate is a stellar Realtor. Over my lifetime, I have purchased 8 homes and sold 7, in multiple states, so I have some basis of comparison. (Thankfully, Kate has been a true partner to me in the 3 most recent transactions.) While other Realtors have been fine to good, Kate stands head and shoulders above others. She has considerable experience in the market, as well as its ups and downs, never leaves you wondering about the status, patiently listens to your anxiety and all the while is reasonable and considerate of both parties in the transaction. (And she's just a great person, to boot.) I always knew she had to work "behind the scenes", but learned only in my latest experience just how much research and work she does there to facilitate the process. She was every bit as invested in the success of this transaction as I was. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Kate to anyone. I am truly grateful for all she did, recently and in the past.

From the first moment I met her I had this good realistic view from her. I wanted to sell the house. Her attention to details and her proactive attitude is outstanding.
