Working with Kempf-Vanderburgh Realty was a great experience. We had the hardship of selling a house that was about 2 hours away from where we were living and Alice was so helpful and accommodating to us being far away. She was able to help with our staging and find local tradesmen to fix up the property. She was also very adamant about improving the space to increase its value in order to put us in a better position as sellers in the market. Definitely utilize their renovation business if you are able to. The results will not disappoint.

I wish there was an option to give far more than 5 stars, because Erin deserves them all! Always responsive, had clear answers to ANY question I came up with, and really helped the whole process go so smoothly. With Erin I was always informed and up to date on everything, and she’s continued friendly check-in’s in the weeks after closing as well! We built an excellent relationship with her and any buyer or seller would be lucky to do the same.
