I live on the West Coast and needed to assist my son in finding a house in Massachusetts. We located the general area to search and clicked on Judy Rickson. From the moment of our first conversation I knew we were in good hands. Judy presented us with several homes. I flew into Boston on a Wednesday, met Judy early Thursday ( viewed 7 homes) and by 4 pm successfully bid on a home. The following week we had pinned down a home inspector a lawyer and a bank to move the process along. I was on a plane back West while my son moved into his new home within one months time. After raising 3 children and living in our home for 37 plus years time to move on. Having known Linda for years she was our first choice. She did a wonderful job presenting the essence of our home. My wife spent years planting flowers and cultivation of gardens so to see a new young family living together there now warms our hearts. I am grateful for all that has happened.
