After raising 3 children and living in our home for 37 plus years time to move on. Having known Linda for years she was our first choice. She did a wonderful job presenting the essence of our home. My wife spent years planting flowers and cultivation of gardens so to see a new young family living together there now warms our hearts. I am grateful for all that has happened. Hopefully new home owners will enjoy this beautiful home and pool and gardens. Linda was great!

Where do I even start- Michael and I heard about Linda through my sister and brother in law, so right off the bat we knew we were in good hands. We had an interesting situation with the seller asking us cover a big appraisal gap which was really not sitting well with Linda, so she slept on it and came to us first thing the next morning with a solution that was a win-win for all parties involved. We were able to get a house that checks all our boxes, and negotiated it down to very little over asking price, in a time when a lot of houses in this price range are going well over asking. I trust that I'm in excellent hands, and she truly makes all her clients feel like family! Hope I don't have to sell & buy again any time soon but if I do, I know who I'm calling :)

Trying to buy in today’s housing market is daunting but I can say with absolutely confidence that we would not have gotten through it without Linda. She had our backs through the whole process.
