I live on the West Coast and needed to assist my son in finding a house in Massachusetts. We located the general area to search and clicked on Judy Rickson. I flew into Boston on a Wednesday, met Judy early Thursday ( viewed 7 homes) and by 4 pm successfully bid on a home. The following week we had pinned down a home inspector a lawyer and a bank to move the process along. I was on a plane back West while my son moved into his new home within one months time.
