Tean made our complex process of simultaneously selling our condo and buying a house as stress free as possible. She was on top of every detail which helped ease our minds and kept us on track every step of the way. Her strong negotiation skills helped to get us the best prices for our sale and for our new house. Tean really made our home buying experience pretty amazing!

Friendly and professional. Answered all my questions/concerns.

Cheri was SO knowledgeable about all aspects of home buying and helped make the process so much more less stressful! She is also a visionary and can go into a home and provide suggestions on how to make changes to be more functional and meet the needs of the buyer.

We met Cheryl at an Open House that we happened to drive by one day and because of our great rapport with her we decided to employ her as our agent to help us find a house. And when it came time to sell that house we didn't hesitate to contact Cheryl again. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, honest and hard working. Had we not moved out of state we would be working with her now to find our new home.
