I was a first-time homebuyer in the suburban Maryland area, and I met Denise at two of the open houses for her listings (both of which were gone from the market before I could make an offer). She immediately impressed me with her perceptiveness, professionalism, and kindness - as soon as I remarked that I'd been looking at some Cape Cods in the area, she knew - and said without skipping a beat - that I was too tall to stand up in their upper floors. That kind of knowledge and attention to my needs in a home characterized the entire process. As my buying agent, Denise was a relentless advocate for me, not only with listing agents and sellers, but also with financiers and a range of professionals who made our transaction go as smoothly as possible. I'm delighted with the home I wound up purchasing and the price I paid for it. I would not hesitate to give Denise the strongest possible recommendation.
