Our daughter & her husband put their Pikesville MD townhome on the market ca last August, via a well-known Baltimore realtor. The realtor suggested asking $224.9k. Within about 4 - 5 days our daughter & her husband received an offer for $278k, and the sale closed smoothly in mid February.
