My husband and I recently worked with Tianni to purchase our first home. We knew zero about the process and going into our search we were still unclear about the exact location we wanted as well as type of home. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Tianni. Not only did she expertly guide us through the process but she helped us think through the pros/cons of each house we saw and had a great eye for quality. She never pressured us and was always willing to answer our questions, whether by phone, e-mail, or text. We closed very quickly and Tianni negotiated on our behalf on a few different occasions when issues came up with the seller. To anyone looking to buy/sell a home in the DMV area, we highly recommend Tianni for her expertise, work ethic, and kindness.
