Sean is an awesome agent. I was looking to buy a house and Sean showed me several homes that I asked to see and provided me with additional homes he thought I might like based on what I told him I was looking for. I ended up finding the home I really liked online and went to it during an open house. Sean could tell from the photos that the home would most likely be in a competitive situation and advised me of several tricks I could utilize by structuring my contract in a way to make it more appealing for the seller. Long story short is that the insider tips that Sean shared with me only come from years of experience in the real estate profession. I also have a job where I work odd hours and have limited access to communications but Sean worked with me and was always willing to answer the phone (even in the middle of the night). Sean was also able to put me in touch with a great military veterans loan officer who further enhanced my home buying experience. The seller's agent also commented on how knowledgeable he was and a pleasure to work with. I had purchased a condo before with a different agent and had a miserable experience.
