April is the absolute best of the best. Not only is she there every step of the way of the process but she remains there through and through. She provided me emotional support being a first time homebuyer when I felt discouraged or pessimistic about things playing out. She ensured me that everything would be ok and that was so important to me. Once I reach closing April made a welcome basket for my entire family. The children loved it.
