Over time and to our requests he modified the criteria to include new properties and to exclude properties that wouldn't work for us. In considering some properties, Kevin provided us with a list of comparable recent sales, so that we could judge whether the price was right. When we did find the home we needed, which turned out to be a condominium in a low-rise building, he helped us set a price that made sense to us and was acceptable to the sellers. He also guided us through the walk through processes and the settlement.
