Jen was so easy to work with. She shared her knowledge of the homes in the area, the selling process and what we should do to obtain the best price. She had great suggestions and we were able to list our house at a price we were comfortable with. We received multiple offers and wound up settling well above our asking price. The actual sale process was a breeze as well. She walked us through the paperwork and the expected timeline and checked in often to make sure we had no questions or concerns. She offered us help for things outside of just the sale...whether it be suggestions on storage, insurance, etc. Jen has such a calm demeanor that is super helpful when dealing with the stress of selling your home.
