David was amazing, he kept us informed on every step of the process and gave us tips on what updates we should complete on our condo for a good sale. Being out of state he referred us to contractors to complete our repairs. He was available 24/7 with any questions or concerns that we had. Our condo sold in a day and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent! We would highly recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell!
