There were challenges involved, especially when the inspection report came back and we had to replace all water pipes. Juston negotiated with the seller's agent and got concessions towards repairs. Prior to that he also pushed for help in closing costs. We were excited when our appraisal came back higher than our purchase price. Through constant and open comminication, we were able to close within a month.
