Free of dogs, cats, and children and the champagne offer was spectacular . The daycour allowed me to visualize what the apartment could look like . I decided to sell all my old shabby furniture. The discussions which followed after we made an offer convinced me that we have a willing seller who was not willing to negotiate. Revealing that the windows needed work convinced me that she was indeed an ethnical agent and seller.
