He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.

Once our offer was accepted, Chris ensured that all of the next steps happened in a timely manner. At the final walkthrough, Chris not only helped us check the house's condition, but also explained how the final cash-to-close had been determined so we didn't have any surprises when signing. Even after closing, Chris has still been available to answer questions. We are so grateful for his help and plan to work with him again in the future!
