In all cases, he has leveraged his knowledge and experience to maximize my financial outcomes. Much of this is the time he spends to help inform you of the various options and outcomes thereby including you in the decision-making process. Moreover, he has dealt with complex transactions involving condo and co-op boards. He also maintains a network of associates in the contracting and finance field that will help enhance your offer position (whether sending an offer or receiving offers). Lastly, I have been able to engage with Joe years before listing in order to strategize home improvements. If you are buying a home, and Joe is the listing agent, know that he has likely worked with the seller to make a lot of improvements to the home in ways that really benefit both the seller and the buyer. I will probably always use Joe Himali as an agent if I'm looking in his market area.

Torrie Kerney, is the best real estate agent in Maryland. She is a 'one-stop-shop' professional. I never been to a closing when All involved connected on an emotional level too. Everyone needed that bond. I pray that she shall be my realtor for life!!! She has my 100% recommendation!!!

Shannon is someone I would describe as "born for real estate". From our initial phone call, my fiancé and I, who are first-time MD homebuyers, knew she was the right agent for us. Shannon not only knows the MD housing market, she also has practical, real-world knowledge about what to look for in a home itself. She understood our wants and needs and was honest with us throughout the process ("I know you like this place, but I'm seeing some red flags...")—she is a true advocate for her clients. Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.

Carol has two major asserts as far as being a real estate agent. The first is that she listens to what you want as far as where you want to live. Prior agents decided that they know what I wanted more than I did and did not listen to me. I wanted to live in a community with retirees who wanted to do things. She found me a community with over 55 year old residents who were very active and who continually went outside to exercise and enjoy the beautiful weather we have been enjoing. They go to restaurants and other eating establishments as well as super markets to purchase food and necessities for their homes. The current residents take me with them to help me learn about different places and the advantages or detractions of each. The second asset which Carol has is that she is the hardest working real estate agent I have ever met or worked with. Her energy level is amazing. If she says she will pick you up at 9:00 AM, you had better be ready since she will be there. She finds the answers to all your questions about the unit she is showing you and tells you all the good points and the bad points so that you are entering into negotiations with knowledge on your side. She is honest and forthright. You can rely on her descriptions of the conditions of the unit and how actious the seller is to want to sell the unit. I have recommended Carol to people I know who want to buy Florida real estate without fear that she will mislead them.
