Back in 2006 when we were moving to MD, a friend recommended Lynn Holland to us. Lynn was wonderful, listened to what we wanted, and found us a home that more than exceeded our expectations. It only made sense that now in 2022, when we were ready to sell, we would contact her again. Lynn showed up, more than prepared to walk us through the steps to sell our home. She made suggestions on staging, and gave us a folder with all the information/numbers we would need. We sold in the very first weekend! You could say that's not unusual for the housing market right now, but with Lynn the whole process was smooth. She presented the offers we received and answered all of my questions. I had a lot! Lynn is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Truly, if you are looking for a dream realtor, Lynn Holland is the way to go.

Ed did an amazing job for us! He recently helped us sell our home and he couldn’t of been more on top of things. He’s extremely responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. I’ve already referred him to one of my close friends, and I’ll continue to do so! Thanks again Ed! - Bryan and Sam
